EDIT 2: I just realized that the bottom of the laptop is extremely hot. If you want your fan to always be around the 48000 mark, then you should set each node to around 80. This means that the last node on the fan control graph represents 90 C. I only use MSI Center user advanced scenario for controlling my fans since no other application works that I know of but I understand something is conflicting with my fan curve. When the CPU temp hits 90 C, the fan speed will always jump up to 48000 RPM. I can see the difference because my user scenario works when I'm at the desktop (all the time) or gaming (for a few minutes) when I start gaming the GPU fan goes up to around 5500rpm and is stable around 72c and when it resets the gpu fan is max 5106rpm and I can see the temperatures raising to 75-80c on the GPU.
